ANTI-INFLAMMATORY

Golden Milk Popsicle for its taste, and most importantly — it’s anti-inflammatory benefits.

Serves 6

Ingredients:1 tsp ground ginger

  • 2 cups canned coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour in popsicle molds. Place in freezer for 6 hours. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour in popsicle molds. Place in freezer for 6 hours. Bon Appétit!

  • 1 pack acai puree
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup soy / rice / nut milk
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour in popsicle molds. Place in freezer for 6 hours. Cheers!
